Soul Focus

The soulknife channels his soul and psychic energy; he is trained in conducting his own body's innate power. As the soulknife levels up, he gains new soul focuses. At first level, the soulknife can focus his soul energy into creating a soul weapon. Changing his focus takes two hours of uninterrupted meditation; if the soulknife wishes to create a different soul weapon, he must refocus.

At 5th level, refocusing takes 5 minutes of meditation. At 10th level, it takes a full round action. At 15th level, it takes a move action, and at 20th level, it is a swift action to refocus.

When manifesting the weapon focus, the soulknife visualizes a simple or martial weapon that he is proficient with, and the ammunition for it, if needed, and can call upon it. Creating the physical representation of the soul weapon is a full round action; however, once created, it remains physical as long as it is on the soulknife's person. If the physical weapon is sundered, recreating it is only a full round weapon. For the soulknife to manifest a different weapon, he must meditate on the weapon focus again.
