Originally designed as a mass-produced, light infantry frame, Emerald is part of a three-unit commission to provide specialists for all combat environments. Crystal Labs was among the first to adopt the 'Rock-Paper-Scissors' reploid design theory, and so built these three to counteract one another. Emerald has found his production-model build both a hindrance and a help. Though lightly armored, his frame is resilient and surprisingly sturdy, built to endure field operating conditions without support. Despite his size, Emerald has proven to be an exceptional swordsman. He carries a number of beam sabers of various types, sizes, and outputs, ranging from his stock lo-beam dueling sabers to a heavy, high-powered beam flambard. Though upbeat, optimistic, and industrious, a note of some contention is his long-standing wish to receive S-rank status. Repeated appraisals have found that he simply lacks the defense for higher ranking, and he has thus far been unwilling to upgrade.

An absurdly heavyset Reploid girded with ammunition belts and a recognizable beard and cap, Kiloton is a tried-and-true soldier whose massive frame is just full of surprises. Concealed within his prodigious gut and rolls of fat are an assortment of missiles, bombs and mortars that would make many a tank commander envious. These simple artillery pieces obscure Kiloton's true skill, however, for he is a master of trajectory and ballistics who wields an incredibly precise micronuke whose warhead has his namesake kiloton yield. Kiloton can fire this weapon with the accuracy of a sniper's bullet, a skill which makes him a valuable asset in delicate bombardment situations requiring a surgeon's finesse.

Group-oriented and focused, Lanceteamer Bingos are an update of the previous Lanceteamer infantry production model, improving behavior to include individual target selection based on group needs and priorities. Lanceteamer Bingos adhere very well to rank structure, but very few distinguish themselves. Their P880 Combine Buster Rifles allow a powerful charge to be delivered through a combination of shoulder mount and arm buster link, and each LTB is able to outfit itself with an array of special weapons including grenades, mines and beam bayonets. LTBs have difficulty integrating with human allies and should not be employed for standard police duties.
