{{nsfw}} Let's face it, all these rules for how to do it, they're nice and all... But the Munchkin in you wants cool shinies that could be useful in sex - or even combat! Well, here's a start... == Mundane Items == === Bed, Masterwork === Beds are common; ones with perfectly-worked felt padding, alchemical potions for insect treatment, and perfectly-carved wood supports aren't. A Masterwork Bed offers a +2 bonus for Heal Checks made for long-term care for one resting on it, and a +1 to all Sexual Ability checks made by partners on the bed. ''Cost: 400 GP - higher if serious customizations are made. Weight: 160 pounds.'' === Bedroll, High-End === A Bedroll is a useful thing for most adventurers; a quick rolling blanket, pad, and pillow are perfect for sleeping in a tent, hayloft, or other environment that would otherwise just not be nice. High-end bedrolls are essentially one giant, thick, warm blanket that doubles as its own bad and pillow. The result is not only lighter, but somewhat warmer and more comfortable too - plus quicker to roll up come morning. (Were it not for the lack of a zipper or similar closing measure, "sleeping bag" would be a perfectly sensible term for a Masterwork Bedroll.) ''Cost: 2 GP. Weight: 3 pounds.'' === Bedroll, Masterwork === The serious adventurer needs a serious bedroll, and top-notch craftsmen are ready to provide, providing luxury on par with high-end beds in a form vastly more portable! The Masterwork Bedroll's pillow hides a specialist version of the classic ''bag of holding'', stashing an entire bedroll into a single pound, round, wonderfully fluffy foam pillow. Tug on both ends, and a simple mechanical system hidden within the dimensional pocket slowly rolls the entire bed out, revealing a two-inch-thick reinforced pad with wooden reinforcements lifting it a few inches off the ground (no scorpions crawling in while you sleep!) and holding it stiff (making it a ''really'' good strecher), and three separable blankets. Tug the ends again while no one's on the bedroll, and the blankets and bed surface get pulled back in for storage. Anything not of the bedroll doesn't fit in, instead 'rolling' off the surface and onto the ground in front of the pillow. The bed doesn't need to be made when rolled in, but won't be made when next rolled out either. Masterwork Bedrolls have one important useful purpose besides making packing up after an extended rest much easier - sleeping on one grants a +2 bonus on checks made during an extended rest (saves against poison/disease made overnight, heal checks made on longer-term rest, etc.) '''Cost: 450 GP. Weight: 35 pounds when out, 1 pound when stored in its pillow.'' === Towel, Masterwork === "Wait, towels count as a SEX ITEM now?" No, not really, the just figured they'd be useful to put in and the Wiki for most of this kinda stuff's down as of writinig time. Masterwork Towels, in a phrase, are "Oh-so-FLUFFY!", made out of thick cotton that is tightly woven to absorb the maximum amount of water (or other fluids). Alchemical treatments make it extremely stain-resistant, and fire-resistant - soak the towel and throw it on a small fire, and it'll put it out unsinged. A Masterwork Towel is priced by size, which partially defines its uses. See [[http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Towel#Alternative_uses This page]] for some role-play-related ideas, but a few more practical uses for gameplay reasons: * A Masterwork Towel is easy to use as a blindfold - perfect against Medusae or Bugblatter Beasts of Traal. Soaked, it can also protect against smoke hazards (but not maical fogs), though only for around ten minutes. * When used as a focus for ''floating disk'' spells, the "disk" the spell is known for instead becomes a flying towel, capable of carrying 25% more weight than the normal spell would. * A Masterwork Towel at least fifteen square feet in size grants a +2 to Bluff checks to make people believe you have all the other things a typical adventurer (or group) would be assumed to have - soap, toothpaste, potions of Cure Light Wounds, etc. - and make them more interested in providing you with them when they're surprised to find out you ran out yesterday... ''Cost: 100 GP + 30 GP/square foot. Weight: 1/4 pound per square foot.'' === Dildo, Wood === It's... Pretty much exactly what it sounds like. In and of itself, it does nothing, requiring relevant Sexual Abilities checks (usually Toys). ''Cost: 1 GP per size unit, starting at Small. Weight: 1/8 pound * 2 per size increase.'' === Dildo, Ivory === Ivory dildoes are generally agreed to be of higher quality than wood - however, it's all in how you use it, really. The best part of ivory is really that there's essentially no chance of the material breaking in an inconvenient place... ''Cost: 10 GP per size unit, starting at Small. Weight: 1/4 pound * 2 per size increase.'' === Dildo, Masterwork === While Ivory's considered better than wood, the precise ribbed carvings and, occasionally, mechanical enhancements on Masterwork dildoes give all Sexual Ability checks involving them a +2 bonus. Very few crafters bother with wooden Masterworking. ''Cost: +100 GP. Does not add weight.'' === Leather Manacles === Leather manacles are sometimes preferred to more traditional steel - not only for their greater comfort, but greater escapability in case of emergency (more useful than you might think!). A creature held with leather manacles can escape on a DC 20 Escape Artist check, or burst them on a DC 24 Strength check. More usefully, their bindings are comfortable - providing a +2 bonus to Prowess checks (or +4 if Masterwork). Leather manacles are rarely locked, instead using leather cords to tie them into place. BDSM sub outfits may have these integrated into the outfit (but defaultly tied in a safe, non-constraining position; it isn't just the bondage itself, but the act of binding, that's part of the sexuality of the situation, after all...) ''Cost: 8 GP, 80 GP if Masterwork. Weight: 1 pound.''
