Okay, the theory is they're supposed to go cause havoc, destruction, and general evil. Plenty do, in all sorts of ways. But not all. A significant minority (around one or two out of any random hundred) find things that they decide are more interesting, ignoring their culturally-ingrained bias towards evil for one reason or another. Maybe they found faith in a Lawful Good-aligned religion. Maybe they fell in love with a merchant and got ingrained in the merchantile culture. Or maybe they just decide the world is too damn pretty to screw with.

Succubi are not "born", but rather created whole from the raw material and nature of their birthplane, at the equivalent of a teenage mental maturity level. They can be created "incomplete" or "complete", essentially at random. ("Incomplete" means they start unleveled, "Complete" means they start with all 6 levels in the Succubus Racial Progression).

Succubi (in their humanoid form) typically stand from 4'10" to 6'2" - within typical human range, in other words. Their weight tends to be a good hint below the human averages - from 85 to 165 pounds (+20 for men).
