The party also learned more about Kazmer Rade, most notably that he is not dead, may have grown even more heads, and could currently be plotting with the traitor to reclaim the portfolio of Blades.

They force the mayor to order the evacuation of Giant's Hollow, aided by the conveniently arrived mail runner, the Kestrel.

The party visited Governor Aurelius, who attempted to seize Aralynn's portfolio, eventually ordering his inquisition to take it by force. When it looked like the fight wasn't going their way, Inquisitor Princeps killed the governor, took the portfolio, and fled.
