The Maverick Wars have broken out, and many of those who should be standing to protect humanity have defected and turned against them. In the wake of this mass outbreak of Mavericks, humanity turns to Dr. Cain, to the noble Sigma and the vigilant Maverick Hunters, who shall defend humanity from the destructive onslaught of these hostile Reploids!
